Mandarin Oriental Milan, nestled in the heart of the city near La Scala, is seeking a Chef de Partie to uphold the highest standards of its kitchen. Based in Milan, you will join a skilled team under the Executive Sous Chef and ensure exceptional food quality.

Candidates should have a globally recognized culinary qualification, 3–5 years of hotel supervisory experience, and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
