Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team. Based in Milan, you will support the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef, manage mise en place, and ensure high‑quality output in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate holds a globally recognized culinary qualification, is hardworking, and can lead and motivate staff. You should be flexible to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
