Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our acclaimed kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead a station, prepare meals, and maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene in a luxury setting.

This full-time role offers exposure to seasonal menus, collaboration with talented professionals, and opportunities to grow within Marriott International's Luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef de partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assigned station under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Assist in preparing orders, stock supplies and check inventories.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
