Job summary
Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Guest Relation Agent in Amalfi to deliver exceptional, personalized service in a luxury setting. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and coordinate with departments to ensure flawless experiences throughout their stay.
Fluent English and Italian are required, with a professional appearance and a flexible attitude to cover shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong guest-focused approach with attention to detail and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, personalized check-in experience.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments to fulfill requests.
- Handle complaints professionally and offer quick, effective resolutions.
- Recognize VIPs and repeat visitors to ensure personalized service.
- Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Support Front Office during peak times as needed.
