Anantara Hotels & Resorts on the Amalfi Coast is seeking a Guest Relation Agent to ensure an exceptional experience for guests from arrival to departure. You will deliver warm welcome, personalized service, and seamless assistance in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience and fluency in English and Italian, with a professional appearance. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. The role collaborates with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Spa teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist throughout their stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy and accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Front Office to fulfill requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and offer quick resolutions.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Support Front Office during peak times.
