Job summary

Anantara is seeking a Receptionist in Amalfi to welcome guests and ensure an exceptional stay aligned with the hotel’s vision. You will support front office operations, maximize guest satisfaction, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

The role requires hospitality experience in luxury settings, fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Benefits include staff facilities and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry or similar.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.
• Fluent Italian and English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Pleasant personality with strong aesthetics and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries to guest satisfaction.
• Oversee concierge operations and support day-to-day Front Office activity.
• Ensure service meets the highest standards at all times.
• Know hotel products: rooms, rates, facilities, F&B, spa and other properties.
• Take ownership of guest satisfaction issues and timely follow-up.
• Be proactive, proposing alternatives to enhance guest experience.
• Attend hotel events, daily briefings and training to improve skills.
