Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Guest Relation Agent for Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel in Amalfi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure within a luxury setting.

You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate check-ins/outs, and provide detailed information about hotel services and local activities, ensuring personalized, efficient service throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, local activities and attractions.
• Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle complaints professionally, offering quick and effective resolutions.
• Ensure personalized service, recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
• Support the Front Office team during peak times.
