Anantara Hotels and Resorts, located on the Amalfi Coast, seeks a Guest Relation Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests from arrival to departure. You will be the primary contact in a luxury setting, ensuring warm welcomes, effective communication, and seamless support throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, guest information, coordinating with departments, and resolving issues to maximize guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Italian; other languages a plus.
• Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs with courtesy and accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services, local activities and attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Recognize VIPs and ensure personalized service for all guests.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Support Front Office during peak times as needed.
