Minor Hotels is hiring a Receptionist for the Front Office on the Amalfi Coast. You will greet guests on arrival and departure and ensure an exceptional stay aligned with the hotel's vision and standards.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will support daily operations, maximize sales, and serve as a main point of contact for guests. The role emphasizes outstanding service, knowledge of the property, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation in tourism/hotel industry or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in luxury hotels or high‑level restaurants.
• Fluent Italian and English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Pleasant personality with attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilités

• Attend guests’ needs upon arrival and departure and provide an exceptional experience during their stay.
• Support day‑to‑day Front Office operations, maximize sales, revenue and profit.
• Oversee concierge operations and be a key contact for guest interaction in the hotel.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel product, room types, rates, facilities, outlets and promotions.
• Follow up on guest issues to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Be proactive, suggesting alternatives to enhance guest experience.
• Attend hotel events, shift briefings and training to improve skills.
