Anantara Hotels and Resorts in Amalfi invites you to join our Guest Relation Agent team, delivering exceptional luxury service to guests in a renowned setting.

You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, share local information, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa to fulfill requests with a personal approach.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Strong guest-focused approach with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and courtesy.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure personalized service for VIPs and repeat visitors.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed.
