Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Rome is seeking a Front Office Agent Trainee to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and help deliver a flawless stay aligned with the hotel's standards.

You will learn front office procedures, promote loyalty programs, provide local-area information, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations for a diverse international guest mix.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language and high level of English.
• Working knowledge of computer software and Front Office systems.
• Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
• Sales oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and complete check-in for arrivals and groups.
• Handle check-out procedures for departing guests and groups.
• Inform management of guest requests, inquiries, complaints, or suggestions.
• Explain hotel products, services, rates, promotions and VIP events.
• Promote hotel services and the DISCOVERY loyalty program.
• Manage incoming guest room reservations.
• Provide local area information to guests.
• Arrange or coordinate special requests with relevant providers.
• Follow Minor Hotels brand standards.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Provide night services information (wake-up calls).
• Conduct rounds and check for irregularities.
