NYX Hotel Rome by Leonardo Hotels, part of the Leonardo Hotels group, seeks a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information about the hotel and the city of Rome. You will join a vibrant team in a property known for hospitality and guest focus.

Fluent in English and Italian, you bring at least 1 year of front office experience; you are flexible for early, late, and night shifts. Be yourself, share passion, and help guests feel at home every day.

Competenze

• English and Italian language skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• Hospitality is in your veins; you enjoy working with guests and teams.

Mansioni

• Handle front desk operations including check-in and check-out.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and Rome.
