Minor Hotels Europe & Americas — Anantara Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service and a memorable dining experience in Rome. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and engage guests with a professional, welcoming attitude across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.

This role emphasizes guest interactions, knowledge of menu offerings, and collaboration with the F&B team to ensure top-notch service in line with brand standards.

Competenze

• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B.
• Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is valuable.
• Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, POS, etc.).
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Sales oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Thai culture is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Welcome guests per company standards.
• Maintain contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Know regular guests and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable about restaurant offerings and upsell where possible.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate and prompt orders.
• Set up and clean tables in dining and meeting spaces.
• Adhere to brand standards for product setup and service.
• Process payments using POS and handle cash/card transactions.
• Identify opportunities to increase F&B income through upselling.
