Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a luxury address in Rome. You will lead the Front Office team, ensuring a polished guest journey and seamless daily operations.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will supervise arrivals and departures, optimize room allocations, coach colleagues, and maintain our high service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in a supervisory Front Office role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.
• Hands-on, well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages a plus.
• Salary gross per year starts from 27k.
