Meliá Hotels International Milano is seeking a Front Office Intern to support daily front desk operations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and deliver memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed studies in Tourism or Hospitality, with fluent English and strong communication skills. An expense allowance of at least €600 is provided during the internship, with opportunities to learn across guest services

Mansioni

• Assist Front Office team in welcoming guests and personalizing their experience.
• Support daily tasks such as check-in/check-out procedures and guest profile updates.
• Learn to handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Help ensure smooth VIP arrivals and contribute to upselling initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest service.
