Job Summary

To manage properly all the activities related to Booking Department

What will I be doing?

• Checking bookings in the system
• Controlling arrivals
• Managing email correspondence
• Support for the contact center that makes reservations
• Supporting the departments of each hotel
• Managing payments
• Miscellaneous inquiries from guests (through direct channels but also extranet Booking.com and Expedia)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Must have a very good English; other languagesare preferred.
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
• Passionate for Hospitality and with astrong attitude to interpersonal relationships.

The role is classified as an INTERNSHIP with an expense allowance of at least €600.
Further information on the role classification, remuneration, any bonus schemes, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process.
