Meliá Hotels International in Milano is seeking an experienced Front Desk professional to manage front office activities with friendliness and professionalism. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and information on services, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

The role requires availability for various shifts, at least 1 year in a fast-paced hotel environment, and fluency in English; other languages preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hotel/resort environment.
• Availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hospitality mindset.

Mansioni

• Check-in and check-out guests professionally.
• Process payments according to established procedures.
• Greet guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Register guests, issue room keys and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Communicate guest requests or issues to management for follow-up.
• Respond to guest complaints and perform service recovery as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
