Meliá Hotels International offers a Front Office Internship in Milan. You will support daily front desk operations, welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and update guest profiles while learning from a luxury hospitality team.

Eligible students pursuing or recently completing studies in Tourism or Hospitality, fluent in English (a third language is a plus), with strong communication skills will thrive. The role includes an expense allowance of at least €600.

Competenze

• Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluent in English; third language is a plus.
• Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and personalize their experience at the Front Office.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest profile updates; handle administrative duties.
• Learn to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy; support upselling initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest service.
