Meliá Hotels International in Milano invites applications for an Internship in the Booking Department. This role involves assisting with bookings, arrivals, and guest communications within a busy hotel group in Italy.

Mansioni

• Checking bookings in the system.
• Controlling arrivals.
• Managing email correspondence.
• Support for the contact center that makes reservations.
• Supporting the departments of each hotel.
• Managing payments.
• Inquiries from guests via direct channels and OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
