Anantara Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for its luxury Amalfi Coast property. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and respond to guest requests and issues with a focus on premium service.

You will supervise daily operations, train staff, coordinate with Front Office on arrivals and departures, and ensure health and safety compliance, while maintaining high-quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet brand and LQA standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas; address deficiencies and coordinate with Housekeeping Director.
• Supervise Room Attendants, Housemen, and Public Area Attendants to maintain productivity and quality.
• Train new team members on procedures, equipment usage, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office on arrivals/departures and room status.
