Anantara Hotels and Resorts in Amalfi region seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests on arrival and departure and deliver an exceptional stay aligned with the hotel's vision and values.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will support day-to-day Front Office operations, anticipate guest needs, maximize guest satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Competenze

• Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry or similar.
• At least 1 years' experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.
• Fluent Italian, English and a second foreign language are considered a plus.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to details and quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate the guests' needs, and work both in a team and independently.

• Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to full satisfaction.
• Oversee operations of the concierge.
• Take personal responsibility for service and attitude to meet high standards at all times.
• Have complete knowledge of hotel product, including rooms, rates, facilities, outlets, spa and other properties.
• Ensure issues related to guest satisfaction are resolved promptly with follow-up.
• Be proactive and suggest alternatives to enhance guest experience.
• Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training to improve professional skills.
