Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence is seeking a Chef de Rang for a seasonal, full-time role. You will deliver refined, seamless service and shape memorable dining moments for guests, embodying hospitality in a luxury setting.

The role requires at least two years in foodservice or hospitality, fluent English, and a polished appearance. You will take orders, upsell, coordinate with kitchen and bar, input orders into POS, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a stunning hilltop retreat

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry required.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Facilitate guest dining by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Menu Knowledge & Upselling: Comply with service standards while suggesting menu items and providing informed recommendations.
• Order Management & Accuracy: Input orders into the POS, manage billing, and communicate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Operational Excellence & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for equipment and outlets.
