Auberge Collection is seeking a Chef de Rang for a seasonal, full-time position at our Florence area property. You will deliver refined, seamless service, taking orders, upselling menu items, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in hospitality, luxury service experience, and fluent English. Knowledge of wine and a polished appearance are essential for this role in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience in foodservice or hospitality.
• Experience in luxury hospitality property is highly recommended.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of food and wine.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while thoughtfully suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
• Accurately take and place guest orders, input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.
• Ensure clear communication with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the restaurant and outlets remain tidy, organized, and in full compliance with safe food handling procedures.
