Auberge Collection is seeking a Bell Attendant for a seasonal, full-time role in Florence. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and coordinate with the Front Office to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Fluent English is required; flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected. The position offers a luxury guest experience within a hilltop Italian retreat, with responsibilities spanning luggage handling, guest assistance, and keeping lobby and entrances

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and personalised experience.
• Escort guests and their belongings to their rooms, introducing room features and services as appropriate.
• Assist guests with luggage collection and transportation upon departure, handling belongings with care.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to support efficient arrivals, departures and room readiness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, provide luggage and transportation assistance, and ensure thoughtful guest journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, entrance, luggage storage areas, and related spaces.
