Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Night Bell Attendant to join our team. As a key ambassador during overnight hours, you will welcome late arrivals, assist with departures, handle luggage, and respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires prior Front Office experience in a luxury setting, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Italian and English. A valid driving license is also required.

Mansioni

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, including room escort and luggage handling.
• Deliver personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Support smooth and secure night operations in collaboration with Front Office and Security teams.
• Deliver amenities, packages, newspapers, and other guest services as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including the lobby and luggage storage room.
• Assist with emergency procedures and handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support to Concierge, Door, and Valet teams when needed.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards while fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

About The Role

As a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, you will create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming late arrivals, assisting with departures, handling luggage, and responding to guest requests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time overnight position, requiring candidates to work exclusively night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Candidates must hold valid authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

The position is at the D1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
