Job summary

Auberge Collection in Florence seeks a Guest Services Agent for a seasonal, full-time position. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and tailor experiences to each guest, ensuring a seamless stay in our luxury property overlooking Florence.

Strong English and a passion for personalized service are essential. Collaborate with Housekeeping and F&B to deliver a cohesive guest journey while reflecting Auberge’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the same role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with additional languages preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a genuine sense of arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for a smooth, personalized experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond thoughtfully to requests, questions, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local experiences.
• Build authentic connections with guests and personalize their stay whenever possible.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments for a cohesive guest journey.
