Palazzo Nainer Boutique Hotel in Rome is seeking an Experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our luxury team on-site. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and respond to calls and emails with professional courtesy, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to uphold our high standards.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus. Weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, and attention to detail are

Formación

• Experience in hotel front office or similar hospitality environment (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and basic office software.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations inquiries and direct calls/emails.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate records in the front office systems.
• Provide information about hotel and local area; resolve guest issues.
• Process payments and ensure lobby/reception area remains organized.
