Job summary

Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel in Rome is seeking a highly capable Front Office Supervisor to join its Front of House leadership team. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, you will lead daily operations, coach the team and ensure a polished guest journey at every touchpoint.

Ideal candidates will have luxury hotel Front Office supervise experience, excellent English and Italian, and a hands-on, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Salary gross per year starting from 27k.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily operation of the Front Office.
• Ensure smooth handling of arrivals, departures, room allocations, guest preferences and billing procedures.
• Act as the main operational reference point for the department on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain excellent service standards and a strong guest-focused culture across all shifts.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery with professionalism and confidence.
• Support, coach and develop the Front Office team to ensure consistency and performance.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butlers and other operational departments.
• Oversee shift organisation, team presence, and operational follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, reporting and system accuracy.
• Step into a broader departmental leadership role whenever required by the operation.
