Una società leader nel trattamento dell'acqua cerca un Purchasing and Logistics Supervisor per gestire le attività di approvvigionamento e logistica presso lo stabilimento di Busnago. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza in procurement/logistica, ottime capacità organizzative e sarà fluente in inglese e italiano. • Supervisionare la logistica di trasporto in base al piano di produzione.

Are you an experienced procurement and logistics professional with strong organizational and communication skills? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where efficiency and collaboration are key? We are looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Supervisor to join our team and ensure seamless support for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities: raw materials, resale products, materials, and services
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing in line with plant operations
• Monitor supplier master data and flag issues related to deliveries
• Analyze customer service orders for feasibility and delivery potential
• Oversee transportation logistics aligned with the production plan
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and improve flexibility and inventory control
• Supervise raw materials and finished goods inventories according to defined targets
• Work in close coordination with Global Procurement for key materials
• Support regulatory reporting (e.g., CONAI declarations)
• Perform OTIF (On Time In Full) analysis monthly
• Support product launches in the plant with the production scheduler
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Desired Qualifications

• Technical or commercial education, or equivalent experience in procurement / logistics
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other enterprise software (Lotus Notes, Internet / Intranet)
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Plant Manager. Supervises the Purchasing, Logistics, and Reception staff.
