A logistics company in Vignate, Italy, is hiring for a role involving the coordination of deliveries and on-site project management. The successful candidate will accompany truck drivers during deliveries, manage loading and unloading processes, and ensure compliance with venue procedures. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment, which includes full-time shifts during evenings and weekends. National/international background checks will be required.

• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading when needed.

• Liaison with Organising Committee personnel for execution of deliveries.
• Report project completions to the Shipping and Receiving team.

He will accompany the driver to the different venue to ensure the correct delivery of the shipment.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks together with truck drivers when needed.
• Go with truck drivers to the venues and assist on the venue deliveries regarding entrance procedures and security procedures.
• On site coordination of major projects, container arrivals, air freight charter arrivals.
• Liaison with the Organising Committee personnel and OBS personnel at the venues in order to plan and execute deliveries.
• Report completion of projects and deliveries to the OBS Shipping and Receiving team.
• The position is located in the OBS Warehouse in Italy but will be travelling (day return trips) to all venues.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
