Responsibilities

• End-to-End Support: resolve customer queries via chat, phone, and email with fast first-contact resolution.
• Fraud & disputes: handle fraud investigations, dispute resolutions, and chargebacks.
• Customer Advocacy: identify and assist vulnerable customers and escalate as needed.
• Team Collaboration: act as SME, coach teammates, and help improve processes.
