A leading automotive company is seeking a Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in LCV sales, leadership skills at a national level, and a strong understanding of market dynamics. This full-time role requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to achieve sales objectives.

Competenze

  • 5+ years of successful experience in light commercial vehicle sales, preferably with Italian OEMs.
  • Experience in managing sales teams at a national level.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with international experience.

Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager (M / F / D / X) - Italy

Main Responsibilities :
  • Ensure the commercial targets of volumes and share are achieved or exceeded.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute sales objectives for dealers and salespeople, providing support to meet these goals.
  • Maintain close contact with dealers and key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement sales plans and incentives to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to monitor progress and campaign effectiveness.
  • Report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the brand’s light commercial vehicles.
  • Collaborate with financial services to manage stock and sales operations.
  • Foster teamwork across departments and perform ad hoc duties.
Analytical Skills
  • Comfortable analyzing figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and market data.
Leadership Skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at a national level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with experience interacting with headquarters and international environments.
  • Strong 'hunter' mentality.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in LCV sales, preferably with Italian OEMs.
  • Robust experience in LCV business with market-leading brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
