You will be the first point of contact and the absolute face of the support team. More specifically, you will:
Log and monitor incidents across multiple channels, ensuring everything is triaged quickly to hit team SLAs.
Keep customers, internal colleagues, and third-party vendors perfectly aligned with clear updates via phone, email, or the support portal.
Conduct remote diagnostic tests and repairs, handling daily system administration tasks like user access and password management.
Support all in-house back-office systems, including mobile payment solutions, and help generate crucial operational reports.
Contribute to the team's internal knowledge base by creating documentation for new fixes and workarounds.
