CB Talents cerca operatori di assistenza clienti che parlino italiano per supportare un marchio tecnologico globale. Lavoro completamente remoto da location in Grecia, con supporto al trasferimento per chi si sposta.

Il ruolo prevede gestione comunicazioni in italiano, logging in inglese e un percorso di formazione completo. Contratto iniziale di 8 mesi con potenziale estensione e avanzamento di carriera.

Competenze

• Fluente in italiano (nativo) e inglese intermedio per logging nel sistema.
• Esperienza pregressa in servizio clienti o call center.
• Competenze informatiche solide e capacità di utilizzare CRM e strumenti diagnostici.

Mansioni

• Gestire richieste in arrivo via telefono per vendita, supporto prodotto, tracking e garanzie.
• Assistere clienti italiani con troubleshooting tecnico usando TechSee.
• Registrare le interazioni in inglese in sistemi CRM come Salesforce.
• Garantire un'esperienza cliente di alto livello quotidianamente.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone for sales, product support, tracking, and warranty claims.
• Assist Italian‑speaking customers with tech troubleshooting using modern tools like TechSee video diagnostics.
• Log interactions in English using industry‑standard CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Deliver an outstanding, high‑touch customer experience every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Languages: Native‑level or C1+ fluency in Italian, plus solid working English (for internal system logging).
• Experience: Previous background in customer service or a call center environment.
• Tech Savvy: Strong PC skills, comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, virtual desktop environments, and diagnostic tools.
• Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts).
