Job summary

Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Limited in Italy is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to drive sales growth across aesthetics and injectables in a field-based role. You will own strategic accounts, manage end-to-end cycles from new business to portfolio expansion, and build strong relationships with clinic owners and clinicians to deliver revenue and long-term partnerships.

The role requires 3-5 years as a KAM in medical aesthetics, a proven B2B field-seller track record, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Essential 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in Medical Aesthetics / Injectables.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong experience in building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial strategy within the aesthetics sector.
• Experience using CRM systems, account planning tools, and consultative sales methodologies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage a territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic/practice owners and qualified clinicians.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer growth and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, KOLs, procurement leads, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities within both existing and target accounts.
• Organize and support local activation campaigns, promotional initiatives, workshops, and events to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
• Provide clinician training and educational workshops on the proper use of Sinclair products within the territory.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to support profitability and long-term partnerships.
