Key Account Ice Cream IH

Scope: Full Time; Location: Roma, Italy (Emilia‑Romagna). Terms & Conditions: Permanent Contract. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (formerly a division of Unilever) is a publicly listed company dedicated to creating the ultimate snacking experience.

Job Purpose

The Key Account IH is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment, and facilitating customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, plan, manage, and lead negotiations.
  • Develop full‑year plans and monitor progress.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution.
  • Manage promotional programs defined by Trade Marketing for concessionaries.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement long‑term client retention strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams.
