Il candidato sarà parte del team IT, fornendo supporto tecnico e collaborando con il reparto Produzione per l'integrazione dei sistemi IT. Adecco Italia SpA selects for a multinational leading company in the metalworking sector an IT specialist to start with an internship contract, leading to a professionalizing apprenticeship in the IT department.

The resource will be integrated into the plant IT team, dealing with technical support activities, configuration and management of the company's and production IT tools, in close contact with both the IT department and the Production team.

Responsabilità

• Support technical to plant users (hardware, software, network, internal systems).
• Configure and maintain PCs, mobile devices, printers, line terminals and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate with the Production department for the management and proper functioning of factory IT systems.
• Monitor and manage internal tickets.
• Support implementation of new digital tools and optimize information processes.
• Document IT activities and update internal procedures.

Skill e Professionalità

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (essential requirement).
• Interest in plant IT systems and their integration with production.
• Good problem solving and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and relate to users with different levels of IT competence.
