Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Operation and Maintenance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor manages the plant's electrical maintenance activities, both routine and extraordinary. This is a full-time role with a daily schedule, including possible shift work to support plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical checks and measurements
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance
• Supervise external service providers
• Perform emergency maintenance, including outside regular hours if on call
• Conduct electrical safety procedures
• Complete ash disposal documentation
• Identify spare parts and tools needs and coordinate procurement
• Support plant operations as a field operator during shifts as needed

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Deep understanding of electrical maintenance procedures and techniques
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with Windows software
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
• Teamwork and proactive attitude
• Valid driving license (category B or higher)
• Relevant experience in the sector and role
