About The Role

The Analyst Accounting Operations role will play a critical role in managing the financial recognition and reporting operations of CCM (a SITA Company).

Location: Truccazzano

What You Will Do

• Support systematic invoice processing and assist with revenue reconciliation on active projects.
• Cost Recognition: Predict cost occurrence patterns and ensure timely recognition and allocation to projects, establishing robust frameworks for cost tracking and analysis.
• Help implement and follow up on cash collection procedures.
• Contribute to basic financial reporting and assist with data analysis.
• Provide financial support to internal teams and collaborate across departments.
• Assist the CFO with administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare simple control reports and share them with management as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Financial / accounting roles in manufacturing companies.
• Bachelor degree in Financial / Accounting fields.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in English and Italian - C1 level or higher in both languages.
