Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Italy, building strategic customer and partner relationships and identifying new market opportunities in cybersecurity and digital workspace solutions. You will work with vendors, channel partners, and internal teams to accelerate sales performance and expand market presence.

The role requires expertise in cybersecurity technologies, proven sales leadership, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization

Qualifications

Direct sales experience in cybersecurity or technology sector.
Experience identifying and winning new business opportunities.
Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute new business sales strategies with customers and partners.
Manage local execution of EMEA-wide strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
Promote and position Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors including Symantec and Carbon Black.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to maximize Go-To-Market initiatives.
Travel across Italy for customer visits, partner meetings, events, and internal meetings (30-40% of time).
