Job summary

HiPay is hiring a Technical Account Manager for our Italian office. You will serve as the key liaison between merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality payment solutions.

Responsibilities include pre-sales consulting, best-practice recommendations, and managing end-to-end integration projects. You will lead technical workshops and coordinate with multiple internal teams to support merchants in Italy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar technical account or pre‑sales role.
• Strong consulting and communication skills for merchant engagements.
• Experience with payment integrations and CMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase.
• Advise on best practices for integrating payment solutions.
• Manage the integration project from onboarding onward.
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients.
• Oversee client delivery with the functional tester.
• Monitor potential technical developments for clients.
• Respond quickly to client requests during integration.
• Coordinate internal communication across teams.
• Act as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem.
