Epassi is seeking a skilled HR and Payroll Professional in Italy as part of our One Epassi transformation. You will own Italian payroll end-to-end, maintain compliant employee records, and provide clear, timely answers to questions from employees and managers.

You will work across People, Finance and IT, using HiBob and common tools. The role requires native Italian and strong English, discreet handling of sensitive data, and a collaborative mindset across markets.

Formación

• Hands-on HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong Italian payroll experience, ideally end-to-end in-house.
• Solid knowledge of Italian employment law and statutory reporting.
• Experience with HRIS and Italian payroll systems; data accuracy is essential.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and trust.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with using AI tools to support drafting and data handling while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Italian payroll from start to finish for all employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Respond to employee and manager queries within service standards.
• Collaborate with People, Finance and IT to optimize processes and data quality.
• Guide stakeholders on local employment requirements and policies.
