Cloudpay is seeking an Italian Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for clients within Italy. The role works with global teams to ensure compliant operations and to support knowledge transfer from Project Delivery to Operations.

You will validate client data, run payroll cycles, and maintain audit-ready records while upholding SLAs and compliance with Italian regulations. Fluency in Italian and English is required; Zucchetti experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Strong payroll processing experience, Italian payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, forms and reporting.
• Experience with payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Zucchetti is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills is required.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is expected.

As a Payroll Specialist focused on Italian payroll, you will manage accurate, timely payroll processing for clients and collaborate with global teams to ensure compliant, smooth operations. You will support knowledge transfer from Project Delivery to Operations and assist with testing and validation of payroll requirements.
