Worldpay is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our EMEA Commercial team, focusing on Italian Government and European clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, ensuring alignment of client technology with corporate strategy and driving revenue growth.

The role requires fluent Italian, strong negotiation/communication skills, and proven experience in payments/fintech.

Competenze

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Fluent Italian speaker is essential based in Milan
• Experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

Mansioni

• Manage the Italian Government and other European based clients.
• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
