Job summary

MyParcel is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Italy to drive technical onboarding and commercial growth with merchants. You will own customer relationships from discovery to ongoing development, guiding integrations across Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and more, while identifying expansion opportunities.

You will work with the Italian commercial team and cross-functionally with Product, Development, Support and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or solutions consulting within SaaS/e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of webshop and marketplace integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Lightspeed, Amazon).
• Ability to guide API-enabled integrations and coordinate with product/development teams.
• Excellent communication, customer-success mindset and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical and commercial point of contact for Italian merchants from discovery through onboarding and ongoing account development.
• Guide configuration, testing and go-live, coordinating dependencies and follow-up.
• Support customers with API integrations and rapidly build knowledge of new integrations.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and proactively grow the portfolio.
• Contribute to sales conversations, demonstrate the platform and address technical objections.
