Worldpay BV in Milan is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to drive growth with Italian government and European clients. You will manage named accounts, align client tech with Global Payments strategy, and lead meetings at client sites.

The role requires payments/fintech experience, fluent Italian in Milan, and strong negotiation and communication skills. In this full-time position, you will participate in an annual commission plan and join a global team.

Competenze

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Fluent Italian speaker is essential based in Milan.
• Experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

Mansioni

• Manage relationships with named Italian Government and other European clients.
• Act as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understand client needs.
• Build a network of operational and executive users within client organizations.
• Coordinate client meetings at Global Payments offices and with executives.
• Sell products and services to clients.
• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies; focus on retention and revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
