Opdenergy is seeking a Grid Connection Engineer to lead the grid connection process for Italian renewable projects, coordinating with disbr, Terna, and internal teams. The role requires electrical engineering expertise and hands-on experience with HV substations and grid works.

You will draft connection applications, analyze technical feasibility, and support permitting, contracting, and tender activities. A hybrid or remote work model with periodic visits to offices in Bologna is offered, with

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• Strong ability to read electrical diagrams and project drawings.
• Experience with grid connection processes in renewable energy.
• Good command of English; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage the full grid connection process with operators (e-distribuzione, Terna).
• Draft and submit HV/MV grid connection applications.
• Analyze technical outcomes and verify feasibility.
• Support development, permitting, and contracts for grid interconnection works.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site engineers.
• Assist in tender processes and cost/schedule estimation for grid works.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in commissioning phases.
