Job summary

SBM Life Science is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Italy (and collaboration with Spain) to act as the main contact for customers and partners, ensuring accurate order processing and delivering excellent service. You will work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to drive smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The role is based in Milan with a hybrid setup; strong Italian communication and English proficiency are required, plus exposure to ERP and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
• Experience collaborating with Sales/Commercial teams.
• Understanding order-to-delivery processes and customer service operations.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Be a point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial and Supply Chain teams to fulfill orders.
• Ensure accurate customer/order data in internal systems and communicate issues promptly.
• Support credit management and maintain customer relationships.
