Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Milan for a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role links customers with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to manage orders from placement through delivery, resolving issues and maintaining data accuracy. You will coordinate availability, deliveries and backorders, while building strong customer relationships and delivering a seamless service experience.

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with SAP and Excel.
