Job summary

Dr. Beckmann Group in Milan, Italy is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (f/m/d) to be the go-to contact for Italian customers, managing orders, data, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will operate SAP order processing, maintain customer data, coordinate deliveries, and support invoicing while tracking KPIs to improve service levels in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with order processing, invoicing and customer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders in SAP, including changes, cancellations and postponements.
• Maintain customer master data and order information to ensure transparency and reliable order tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries with Demand & S&OP to manage delays and changes.
• Respond to day-to-day questions about orders, changes and delivery dates with timely updates.
• Support Sales with customer administration, reporting and terms.
